WellSky has confirmed that Exostar is experiencing an issue that may cause providers to receive an error message when sending ePrescriptions. Exostar is currently seeing improved success with these messages, and prescriptions continue to be successfully delivered to Surescripts and processed normally. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will provide updates as needed.
